1. Unlimited Freedom: Travel the World with Ascott – Explore, Play, Win! (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of the Ascott Star Rewards Programme (referred to as “Member” and “Participant” collectively).
2. The Promotion is organised by The Ascott Limited (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
3. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 28 February 2024 to 31 October 2024 (both dates inclusive) based on Singapore time zone.
4. The Promotion consists of four (4) rounds of Unlimited Freedom: Travel the World with Ascott – Explore, Play, Win! (each round consists of 15 and/or more mini games), each round will last for 2 months. Members can find the winners list on https://www.ascottunlimited.discoverasr.com/unlimitedfreedom on the 10th day of the following month after the round ends and winners will be notified in writing via email.

1. All-natural persons (i.e., non-corporate or business entities, associations, societies, or similar entities) who are Member(s) of the Ascott Star Rewards Programme (“ASR”), aged at least 18 years old as of 28 February 2024 are eligible. Members can access the Promotion through desktop and mobile.
2. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following person(s) shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

   a) Employees of The Ascott Limited and its related entities.

   b) Employees of any advertising agency, promotion agencies and/or other persons involved (directly or indirectly) in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Promotion and their immediate family members (spouse and children).

   c) Partners and vendors with direct access to members database, and their immediate family members (spouse and children).

   d) Persons whom the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

3. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Promotion, and at any time, the Organiser may disqualify any person from participation without providing any reason.

1. Participants need to log in as ASR member or to sign up as an ASR member to receive the game tokens.
2. A maximum of 3 game tokens will be given to each Participant daily and unused game token of that day will not be accumulated and brought forward to the next day. Participant can earn 2 additional game tokens by referring friends as ASR members. Game tokens will only be credited after successful new membership activation within the promotion period following referral.
3. There will be 15 featured cities and the mini games will only be activated after the Participant clicks on the city.
4. A game token will be deducted once the Participant selects a city name and starts the mini game (slide puzzle, flip and match or Q&A). Participant will gain:

   (a) 500 XP score whenever he/she completes the mini game within stated time;, or (b) 0 XP if the Participant fails to complete the mini game within the stated time, and used game token will not be refunded.

5. Once the Participant has completed the mini game for the city, the city will be marked as completed and Participant cannot play the same mini game again. Participant can replay the mini game for the city again if he/she fails to complete it previously. Besides game play, Participant can earn additional XP by downloading our ASR App and/or referring friends as ASR members. 1,000 XP will be awarded upon the first successful login on ASR App within the promotion period following download of the App. (In addition, Participant may enjoy a free upgrade to Silver member tier, see T&Cs here.) 1,000 XP will also be awarded for every successful new membership activation within the promotion period following referral.
6. Organiser's records for awarding of XP shall be final.
7. The goal of the game is to try to get as many XP points as possible in each promotion round. In each round, the Participant with the top 13 scores will win prizes (stated below). A leaderboard tracking the top scorers will be displayed on https://www.ascottunlimited.discoverasr.com/unlimitedfreedom . The top scorers will be determined at 23:59 on the last day of each promotion round, after which the leaderboard will be reset to 0 and a new leaderboard will start 00:00 on the next day.

8. In addition, S$25 (with minimum spending of S$500) ASR vouchers will be given out to 50 members in each promotion round upon mini game(s) completion in order of priority.
9. Prizes can only be won once. Prize winners will not be eligible to win again in subsequent rounds of game within the promotion period.

1. These provisions apply in addition and subject to any specific terms identified at any website or platform for the Promotion and in the event of any conflict the terms posted at the website or platform for the Promotion shall prevail:

   a)Participants must use their own ASR registered account.

   b) Participants found cheating will be disqualified immediately.

   c) Participation in the Promotion constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any participation that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

   d) To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of participating or any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the Promotion.

2. Winners are required to activate their ASR member account in order to be eligible to redeem the prizes. Prizes will be credited to the ASR member account.
3. All prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with items of similar value.
4. The Participant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by Ascott, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion and the prize, in accordance with Ascott’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.discoverasr.com/en/privacy-policy. Where the Participant discloses any personal data of any third party, the Participant confirms that the Participant has obtained such third party’s consent for such disclosure by the Participant and the collection, use and disclosure of such third party’s personal data by Ascott in accordance with Ascott’s Privacy Policy.
5. By participating, each Participant agrees to take part in any promotional or publicity exercise as may be conducted by Ascott in connection with this Promotion.
6. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the Parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

1. Please note that specific terms and conditions would be applicable to the use or participation in other products and services, including other membership programmes, and reservations made with the Organiser's serviced residences, hotels and other properties.
2. By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the Participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The Participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees (“The Indemnified Parties”) fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the Participant. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time.
